NetKernel version 3.3.1 is the first six-monthly maintainence release for the 3.3 edition. This package rolls up into a single distribution all recent module updates.

Featured Updates include:

    * XQuery/XSLT2 - updated to use Saxon 9.0.0.3 and now supports extensions through a superstack classloader.
