I am exploring the new (since 3.0) and overlooked features in the 'Module Management Wizard' but I'm not able to find any documentation explaining the big picture of how you see these tools being used and also just the basic explaining what to put in each field and the format.

I'm trying to evaluate our current infrastructure for managing promotion of modules between majority stages (Development, QA, Staging, Production) and the resulting deployment out to servers.  So I am trying to grok what is possible with the backend fulcrum services, in the hopes that we can refactor our deployment setup/process around more builtin features.

I would be happy to go into detailed of our usage of NetKernel and how your development/deployment process would ideally look, if someone is interested in exploring options with me on here, but initially just some links to resources about the "Module Management Wizard" features would be amazing.
